Before you get started.
Will I be charged when I enter an invite code?
No. There is no checkout or payment collection. Public signup is closed, and entering a code does not create an account.
Are there limits on aliases or email volume?
Commercial limits are still being finalized. The pilot is designed for hundreds of business identities, rather than bulk outbound campaigns. Final alias, storage and sending allowances will be shown before any paid subscription becomes available.
Do I need to buy a domain?
No. You can use @privymailbox.com. If you prefer your own domain, purchase and renew it through your chosen registrar; domain registration is separate from PrivyMailbox.
Can I send new email campaigns from aliases?
No. Replies to existing correspondents are supported through forwarding. Unsolicited campaigns and unrestricted outbound sending are not part of the product.
What is the cancellation policy?
No paid subscriptions are offered yet. Cancellation, renewal and refund terms will be presented before paid signup opens.
